1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AnimationAI.art, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

You are responsible for complying with these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and all laws that apply to your use of the service.

2. Service Description

AnimationAI.art provides AI video generation tools, including text-to-video, image-to-video, and related generation workflows. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for product, safety, legal, or operational reasons.

AnimationAI.art is an independent platform and is not affiliated with the underlying AI model providers.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly notify us of unauthorized access.

You may not create accounts or use the service to evade limits, enforcement actions, or content moderation.

4. Prohibited Use

Users may not generate NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, deepfake, face-swap, face manipulation, illegal, hateful, harassing, violent, exploitative, or non-consensual content.

Users may not attempt to bypass content moderation or safety systems.

You may not use the service to violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, platform security, payment rules, or applicable law.

5. Enforcement

AnimationAI.art may block prompts, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts for policy violations.

We may also remove content, restrict features, refuse generation requests, preserve records, or cooperate with lawful requests when needed to protect users, the platform, payment compliance, or legal obligations.

6. Payments and Credits

Paid features may require credits, subscriptions, or other payment plans. Prices, credit costs, and feature availability may change over time.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. Refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and billing disputes may be subject to payment-provider rules and applicable law.

7. Refund Policy

Because our digital services and credits are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final except in the eligible cases below or where applicable law requires otherwise.

First purchases: you may request a full refund for your first subscription payment or one-time credit package within 7 calendar days of the charge, provided none of the paid credits included in that purchase or subscription have been used.

Billing and service issues: duplicate or incorrect charges are eligible for a full refund. A verified service outage caused by us that prevents use of the paid service for more than 72 continuous hours may qualify for a proportional refund or service extension after review.

Non-refundable items: used credits, partially used credit packages or subscription allocations, subscription renewal charges, and accounts suspended or terminated for violating these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are not refundable, except for the billing or service issues described above or where required by law.

Free accounts, free trials, promotional credits, complimentary credits, and other products with no purchase price have no cash value and are not eligible for a monetary refund.

To request a refund, email support@animationai.art from your account email within the applicable time limit and include your account email, order or transaction ID, purchase date, and reason for the request.

We will acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days after approval; your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. Payment-provider procedures and mandatory legal rights continue to apply.

8. User Content and AI Outputs

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, and generated outputs you create or share through the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for any materials you upload or reference.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnimationAI.art disclaims warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnimationAI.art will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
