Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what content and conduct are not allowed on AnimationAI.art. It applies to prompts, uploaded files, generated videos, account activity, and attempts to use our services.

AnimationAI.art is an AI video generation platform and independent interface for underlying AI models.

2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

You may not create, upload, request, generate, or distribute any of the following six categories through AnimationAI.art.

You also may not create illegal, harassing, exploitative, fraudulent, non-consensual, or privacy-violating content, or use synthetic media to mislead others.

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or other NSFW content.
• Graphic violence, gore, or content that promotes or facilitates serious physical harm.
• Hate speech or content that attacks, dehumanizes, or incites discrimination or violence against protected groups.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), any sexualized content involving minors, or content that exploits or endangers children. This category is subject to zero tolerance and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, face swaps, or face manipulation involving a real person.
• Content that infringes or misappropriates copyright or trademark rights, including unauthorized reproduction of protected works or misleading use of brands and logos.

3. Safety Systems

You may not attempt to bypass, disable, probe, or evade content moderation, prompt screening, rate limits, account controls, or other safety systems.

User prompts are screened before generation using CREEM Moderation API.

Prompts and related request metadata may be screened before generation. If a request is blocked, generation will not continue.

4. Reporting Violations

Report suspected violating generated content, prompts, or account activity to support@animationai.art with the subject line “Content Report.”

Include the content URL or identifier, the relevant account or page if known, a description of the suspected violation, and supporting screenshots when safe. Do not download, attach, or redistribute suspected CSAM; report only its location and identifying details.

We will acknowledge reports within 3 business days, review them objectively, and keep reporter information reasonably confidential. Knowingly false or abusive reports may result in enforcement.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement authority first.

5. Enforcement

AnimationAI.art may block prompts, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when we believe this policy has been violated or when action is needed to protect users, the platform, or our compliance obligations.
