Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what content and conduct are not allowed on AnimationAI.art. It applies to prompts, uploaded files, generated videos, account activity, and attempts to use our services.

AnimationAI.art is an AI video generation platform and independent interface for underlying AI models.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not create, upload, request, or distribute NSFW content, sexually explicit content, sexually suggestive content, deepfake content, face-swap content, face manipulation content, illegal content, hateful content, harassing content, violent content, exploitative content, or non-consensual content.

You may not use AnimationAI.art to impersonate a real person, mislead others about synthetic media, violate another person's rights, or create content that could facilitate abuse, fraud, harassment, or exploitation.

3. Safety Systems

You may not attempt to bypass, disable, probe, or evade content moderation, prompt screening, rate limits, account controls, or other safety systems.

User prompts are screened before generation using CREEM Moderation API.

Prompts and related request metadata may be screened before generation. If a request is blocked, generation will not continue.

4. Enforcement

AnimationAI.art may block prompts, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when we believe this policy has been violated or when action is needed to protect users, the platform, or our compliance obligations.
